About Us

Kevin Wade-Hanson - Founder/President

Kevin is a military veteran and former professional athlete with extensive experience in athletic training, sports marketing, and new business development, focusing on biomedical, nano, and wearable technology. He held management roles in athlete relations and promotional sales/marketing with Nike Inc. and adidas America. Played football for San Diego Mesa College, competed in Single “A” baseball with the Beckum-Stapleton Pirates, and played arena football in the AF1 and IFL leagues. The passion for golf keeps him competitive and balances life and business. 

Meet Our Team

Our work is greatly enhanced of myself, three bioengineers with biochemist backgrounds, and a data scientist intern.  As a cohesive unit, we aggressively done research and development, and proactively sought the identification of specific health related and targeted biomarkers through the analysis of various processes of science and how to classify it into an optional 3D-printed wearable enclosure. Our collective efforts have led to significant advancements in the field, inspiring us to continue our work with dedication and passion.

Scott Marshall - Contractor

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. As a biomedical engineering consultant and quality assurance manager, he has developed extensive expertise in biomedical instrumentation, verification and validation, and quality assurance within a startup environment. He is engaged as an independent contractor in the capacity of Biochemist Engineer at A.P.E. Scott has over six years of industry experience. He has been a proud member of the Biomedical Engineering Society since 2019 and is a professional pole vaulter. 

Dr. Yalin Kılıç - Contractor

Dr. Kılıç earned a master's degree from Hacettepe University and a Ph.D. in Medical Biology and Genetics from Dokuz Eylül University. Dr. Kılıç is the Founder and President of Solar Biotechnology, Ltd., with more than 11 years of industry experience. His experience is in developing low-cost medical devices for the molecular diagnosis of diseases. He also works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the İzmir University of Economics while engaged as an independent contractor in the capacity of Medical-Device Engineer at A.P.E. 

Divya Ganesan - Intern

Divya is a current Robotics and Autonomous Systems engineering student and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering.  Divya also contributes a diverse range of skills to the team, drawing from her expertise as a biomedical engineer, as well as her experience as a website designer and developer. Her multifaceted capabilities is highly valued at A.P.E.

Jordan Scott - Intern

Jordan is a dedicated computer scientist with a strong passion for utilizing technical skills to develop innovative software solutions. Jordan is committed  to cutting-edge, real-time object and player detection research while contributing to initiatives with A.P.E.
